Nine questions, then a recommendation with reasons.
The questionnaire depends on the path you take: anyone who buys through a purchasing company is not asked how many suppliers they have. Depending on your answers there are fewer than nine questions, and at the end there is no price list. There is one package, together with the answer that tipped it and the package it would have been without that answer.
We ask about feedstock, the way you buy it, compliance requirements, your focus, plant type and size, how you weigh, any gas analysis in place and the number of sites. At the end there is a short technical part on the control system, the internet connection and the scale manufacturer. That part does not count towards the recommendation. It saves the questions that would otherwise come up during setup.
None of this leaves your browser before you send it. The advisor asks for contact details only after the result, and even then only if you want to leave them.
