What this is about

The hardware

One box in your plant,
and the weighbridge starts talking.

The Performance Cube is a small computer that arrives ready to run. Put it down, plug in power and network, done. From then on it reads every weight straight from the terminal and sends it to TFS, encrypted.

24 hA day after you unpack it at the latest, your plant runs digitally.
TFSPERFORMANCE CUBEWEIGHBRIDGEGAS ANALYSIS& control→ TFSencrypted
It speaks to your weighbridge
More than a dozen protocols of common weighing terminals are built in. The weight comes straight from the terminal, so nobody types it in and nobody misreads it. Your Pfreundt wheel loader scale does not need it, by the way: we collect that data straight through their interface.
It collects the readings
Gas analysis and plant sensors run over the same path, Awite systems and control systems via Modbus, OPC UA or S7.
It tells the driver
The Cube switches the status light at the weighbridge itself. Green means booked, without a call to the office.
It opens no door
The Cube builds the connection outwards. Not a single port has to be open in your network.
Setting upWhat you need on site
01
Power
An ordinary socket is enough.
02
A stable internet connection
So that weighings reach TFS straight away.
03
A safe spot
Dry and protected, that is all it asks for.
TFS
We do the rest
It arrives ready to run, and updates come in remotely.
How it runs

The path of one load of feedstock,
from the weighbridge to the invoice.

From driving onto the weighbridge to the finished invoice. Scroll through and see what happens on its own at every step in your plant.

Intake & weighing

The supplier drives onto the weighbridge. TFS identifies vehicle, contract and feedstock by itself. Weight, tare and net go into the booking system as they are measured, with no paper and no call to the office.

Our ambition

More time for the things
no software decides.

TFS weighs, measures, books and bills. That leaves your head free for suppliers, for strategy and for the decisions a person ends up making anyway.

A day at the plant

The same operation,
once with a system behind it.

On the left a plant without TFS: paper slips, Excel, “let me ask the farmer”. On the right the same plant, only with a system behind it. Drag the slider.

Common questions

What operators
want to know.

What does TFS cost?

There are three packages: Basic at € 349.00, Advanced at € 819.00 and Premium at € 1,399.00 per month, each excluding VAT. The packages differ in what they can do, not in how many people use them.

What plant size is TFS meant for?

Basic suits plants up to 250 kW el, Advanced from 250 kW el upwards, Premium covers higher outputs and biomethane producers. The software advisor asks about size, number of suppliers and sites, and gives a reason for the package it recommends.

Where is my operating data kept?

On Austrian servers. The fonts of this website are hosted locally as well, so opening a page sends no request to Google.

Which weighbridges and wheel loader scales can be connected?

More than a dozen protocols of common weighing terminals are built into the Performance Cube, and the weight comes straight from the terminal. Pfreundt wheel loader scales do not need the Cube, we collect their data through the interface of the manufacturer.

Can TFS read my gas analysis?

Yes. Awite systems and plant controllers are read over Modbus, OPC UA or S7. Advanced works with Awite “AWI2Go”, Premium with “AWIECO” and “AWIFLEX (XL)”, each at a special price. In the Premium package the gas readings are blended with the feedstock input.

Do I need extra hardware?

To connect the scale and the sensors you need the Performance Cube, a small computer that we send out ready configured. Advanced and Premium each include one. Without a connection to the plant, a browser is enough.

How long does setup take?

The Cube arrives configured. Put it in place, plug in power and internet: a day after unpacking at the latest, the plant runs digitally. Updates arrive remotely.

Do I have to open ports in my network?

No. The Cube builds the connection from the inside out. Not a single port in your network has to stand open.
